2 cups of apple juice
2 cups of soda water
Mix soda water with apple juice. Add the pomegranate seeds, apple slices, mint and ice. Mix thoroughly and serve. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.

1 cup mango
1 cup milk, chilled
2 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp mango pieces
1 tsp mango pulp
3 tbsp dry fruits, almonds, cashew & pistachios
3 tbsp tutti frutti, red & green
Firstly, prepare a thick mango milkshake by taking 1 cup mango cubes in a blender.
Add 1 cup chilled milk and 2 scoop vanilla ice cream.
Blend to thick mango milkshake.
To assemble, in a tall glass take 2 tbsp mango pieces.
Add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. you can alternatively use mango ice cream if you prefer.
Also top with 1 tsp mango pulp, 2 tbsp dry fruits and 2 tbsp tutti frutti.
Further, pour in ½ cup prepared mango milkshake.
Scoop it up with vanilla ice cream, dry fruits and tutti frutti.
Finally, top with 1 cherry and enjoy mango mastani this summer!

Musk melon peeled, cut into big cubes and chilled 1 medium
Orange squash 1/2 cup
Ice cubes as required
1. Put melons in a blender add orange squash, ¼ cup water and blend.
2. Add ice cubes and blend again.
3. Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled.

1 ripe banana, peeled
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 cup almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons almond butter
3 ice cubes
Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
The evening before you plan on making this smoothie, set the banana on a small plate in the freezer. Add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds to a small bowl and cover with water. Let sit at room temperature overnight.
Drain seeds and transfer to a blender. Add frozen banana, almonds, almond milk, vanilla, turmeric, honey, almond butter and ice, blending until smooth.
Pour smoothie in a large glass and finish with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
1 cup Fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Sprite , or 7 up or club soda
Sugar , as required (optional)
Mint Leaves (Pudina) , few
Ice cubes , as required
Salt , to taste
To begin making Orange Mocktail, firstly mix the orange juice with lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Take two glasses and put some ice cubes in it. Pour the juice mixture in the glass till it is half full. Pour some sprite or 7up in the same glass and a pinch of salt.
Crush some mint leaves from hand and add in the juice. Add some more ice cubes if needed.
